i'm have problems picking her age. for the "nice" version i'm trying to make it have a feeling of a favorite auntie or grandma... i can't decide. So the "evil" one is suppose to be a bitter women. i'm still working out my story. its suppose to be a dimsum float, set in san francisco. she lures little children, kidnaps them, and cooks them for the stuffing of pork buns(cha siu bao). anyway, if you guys like any that would help me go into a direction. thanks

I have been redesigning my ship, and thought I would post my sketches and get peoples' opinions, if anything stands out. I have trying to mix functionality with design, but am not sure any of these boats look like they could take on a whale. Any thoughts?

Hello everybody! Here is my albino eel. I am leaning towards the pink one but I also like the yellowish one, it seems really different. Also, I think I want to beat him up a bit more he seems really clean and healthy. Any thoughts? Any other comments also appreciated. Danke!

Smells like squid

Hey folks, I have some more detailed sketches for my squid monster -- crits? I'm trying to somehow show that it's big... but keep interesting shapes at the same time. Really trying to make sure that body segments aren't the same length. Anyway, lemme know!

Huge Squid Shapes

Hey guys, I have been trying to get some squid shapes down.... but I am having an issue with keeping it squid-like, but then kinda playing with shapes at the same time to make it more interesting. I don't think I'm getting it. But, hey, here's what I have so far. If you like one or think it's going more in the right direction but could use ______, then let me know. Turkish Ship Progress

Hey all, here is a VERY rough sketch of the direction I am headed with the ship. Since it isn't Ahab's ship, I wanted it to be less of a reflection of my character, and more of an influence on her. I want it to inspire insanity. I am going with more of a pointy sail look. I have my rough sketch with triangle sails, and also a more cleaned up version with a more realistic take on the sails. I am still leaning toward triangles, but would like some opinions. This isn't going to be the final drawing, just an exploration of the design. Thanks!
